PLEASE HELP !! USB STICK IS WRITE PROTECTED HP FORMATTING TOOL DIDNT WORK CHANGING REGISTRY NEITHER PLEASE HELP !!! THANK YOU !!

When you copy files to a device sometimes they take on the "atribute of Read-Only" (usually when copied from a CD or DVD). To check this, when in Explorer looking at the file list Ctrl A to select all and right click, select Properties, if the Read only box is ticked then uncheck and apply.
