Advice on new system

I wasn't too sure which was the right section, well I'm pretty sure this is the wrong section, but at least it is on the broad topic ... I want to buy a built system and looking at different options I settled on iBUYPOWER's desktop PC, the total is 2641$ which is about what I want to spend. I would like opinions on whether some of these components are bad or simply a waste of money?
