I recently upgraded my computer with a new cpu and memory.

4 gb gskill ddr2 1066 5-5-5-15
PhenomII 945 x4

Now my computer usally has a problem booting the first time in the mornings.(I power it on and the fans and lights come on ,but nothing shows on the screen, so I hit the reset button maybe once maybe twice and it boots and everyhting is fine) I suspect the new ram. Is there any program I can use to check my ram besides memtest86 because I don't have a floppy drive.

Also I am using win7 x64, does that mean that memtest only works with 32 bit systems or would it work fine for me assuming I could get my paws on a floppy drive?

edit: Upon further inspection I realized I had my memory voltages set incorrectly, I think that was my problem. And the memory passed memtest without a hitch.

thanks
