Dell e521 upgrade mother board Help!!

I have a Radeon hd 5770 that will not fit . what is a good upgrade for the e521. I am running win xp sp3/ cpu is a amh athlon 64x2 6000 3 gig ram

psu is corsair 450 with a 6 prong pcie power option.

If you have a geniune dell xp, vista, or windows 7 cd, then you may be able to save your files and avoid a format when changing to a non dell board. I recommend the 6150se chipset in micro atx. I have both a biostar and msi version with this chipset, and the boards are almost interchangable; if I switch them out, I won't lose my windows installation.
