Accidently formatted a 2gb sd card as 1gb

I wasn't concentrating and accidently reformated a 2gb card as a 1gb, is there anything I can do to recover the original capacity?

I'm on win 7

I solved the problem by re-formatting the card in my Nikon D80 just incase anyone has this problem!
