I plan to overclock a core i7 920 to 3.6ghz and I will have a radeon 5850 with Asrock extreme motherboard, (2gbx3) 1333mhz ram. After 4 years, I will be upgrading to core i7 980XE.

i would say a Corsair tx 750 would suit you as I currently run mine at 3.43ghz and have sli gtx 260s (should be around the same power draw as a single 5850)

But if you play it safe, look for 800watt models...
