[Solved] New sub $1000 Small Business Server Build

Looking for any comments on a new small business server I'll be building for my office. Speciffically if there's a better motherboard / CPU / RAM combo that's around the same price.

We currently have a SBS 2003 handling Exchange, File Server, and Sharepoint duties for a sub 5 person office.

Would like to upgrade to SBS 2008 virtualized using VMware, and be able to have at least one virtualized test machine.

The server is in our main room (no server closet), so we wouldn't want it to be too loud.

We also want to come in under $1000 total.
