How to change windows 7 to xp

I would like to change my windows 7 to XPas I've found windows 7 a pain in the arse ever since Ive had it
Is there any easy way to do this

Make a backup of your data. Boot from a windows xp install CD. When given the option, delete the windows partition from the drive and create a new one. Proceed with installing XP onto the newly created partition. Make sure to have all your XP drivers handy. After you have XP installed correctly, you can then reinstall all of your programs and copy your data back.
