How to change the CPU Core Voltage?

Right now my CPU core voltage sits at 1.160V, how do I raise this to 1.3V? I can't find any way of changing it. Your help will be very much appreciated.

Specs:
i5 2500k
asrock extreme3 gen3
g.skill 8GB (2x4GB) 1600
XFX 750w PSU
MSI Twin Frozer II 6870
Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo

Go thru BIOS and manually set it.
