Lost administrator account password (XP Home)

I had 2 adminstrator accounts, and users accounts dont konw how this happend but it did. how do I get back my administartor account... I have over 6000 pics, docunmet in it. I still have the other adamintrator account but it not the right one? please help . windows xp

Windows restore back to date when you had it.
