I just bought a new Videocard. But windows won't boot it. The guy at the store got it working but I do not know how. All I know is when I turned it on it worked. and then I noticed that the old ATi drivers were still installed so I uninstalled them. and restated and since then it won't work again.
Be careful too if you have NVidia or ATI chipset drivers. If you accidentally uninstall them...well, just don't uninstall them. Trust me, it is not fun.

ok well i fix my registry and then the card worked. but when i installed the nVidia driver they didn't work it seems. I have no frame rate in windows.
now it is broken again my Asus EN9800GT doesnt work with any errors it seems but my saphire ati x1950xt doesnt work when there is errors.
I am running
K8N neo4 platinum 1x PCI-E
amd 939 3700+
So it seems it only works with the ati drivers still installed maybe. I would like to continue this but I need to figure out more about how I got it working although I broke it again.
