Audio issues

i just installed Windows 7 and the only way i can get it to boot is when my on board sound card and my audigy 2 zs is removed / disabled. if either is in/on my computer hangs and is unuseable it takes 20-30 mins just to boot up so i can open internet explorer but then it hangs again for another 15 mins untill i can enter a website ect.... any ideas what the problem is? ive tryed installing all drivers from vista and windows 7 drivers for both.

my mobo is M2r32-mvp, audigy 2 zs sound card, amd 5200+, ati 4850 vid card

I would try using another sound card first. If it still doesn't work, then there might be something wrong with your motherboard.

yeah but its both onboard sound and my audigy 2 zs sound card.... both which worked perfectly fine with XP but not with 7
