Don't have a free power cable to install USB 3.0 PCI Express Card

Hi, I have a PC which is running Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium. My PC has a PCI Express slot.

My computer only has USB 2.0 but I want to add USB 3.0 for faster transfer speed.

I already bought a 3 TB USB 3.0 WD My Book External Drive, I just need to install a USB 3.0 Card. I went to Microcenter and bought a Diamond Multimedia USB 3.0 PCI Express Card.

I read that I need to hook up a power cable to the port on USB 3.0 Express Card. I opened up my PC but there's no free Power cable. I'm a beginner when it comes to working with the insides of a computer. Am I out of luck in getting USB 3.0 in my PC?

Please help
