when i turn the tv on the blue power light comes on then the light turnsto yellow, but i never get a picture to come on. what can be wrong with it?

Maybe your Etchasketch isn't attached? Or your cable company disconnected you for non-payment?

If your question is serious, tell us what monitor you have, what is connected to it, did it ever work, and what did you last do to it before it stopped working.
