CPU Cooling Fan Questions

I know this is probably a stupid question to most people, but after searching through neweggs sight I just wanted some help. I could only find one fan on thier that said it was for am3 socket, and I just want to make sure everything is compatible before I buy it.

PS I have a huge Full tower care so space is not a issue.
