Overclocked to 4ghz but slight problem

Hi guys, i was wondering if you could help me. I have an AMD setup with the 1055T processor and when i bought the barebones kit it was advertised as being a 4ghz OC computer. When i got it it has profiles already saved in the bios for the OC. I recently got a SSD which required me to update my bios and it cleared all my OC profiles so i had to figure out how to manually set the settings.

Anyhow i have the settings at

14x multiplier
cpu bus at 285
Dram at 1525
CPU voltage at 1.5
DRAM voltage at 1.65

i diabled cool n quiet and C1E. The computer works fine until i rune prime95 and then it freezes which leads me to believe it is unstable. I never had this problem before. Could sombody offer any information on how to make this more stable OC.

need stock settings too
(i think you have 16gb ddr3 1066mhz ram, is it so)

i have 16gb corsair vengeance, i believe rated upto 1600mhz

follow these steps
remove any overclock (restore default settings)
use cpuid to check ram speed and timings
and then post them here

OK so you want to hit 4ghz on cpu
then you only need to raise cpu multiplier upto 20 and some voltage boost too

how to do
raise your multiplier .5 at a time
if you encounter stability issue then raise voltage (vcore) a step ahead

and keep all other settings at stock
