I've been playing Empire: Total War and after an hour or so into the game artifacts start appearing in my campaign map. When I check the graphics card temperature it's at 60 degrees, so I'm wondering if my card is dying. I've read that ATI tool works, but the last build was released in 2006 so I'm wondering if it will work. I'm using a GTX 260...

ATI tool isnt going to work with an nvidia card.

Download evga precision and fiddle with the fan settings, although 60 degrees doesnt look bad to me.
