Currently, I have an i7 920 with some minimal OCing(166FSB setting, no voltage increase) and Corsair 6GB@1600 Triple Channel.
Now, I'm planning to crossfire 2 HD5850 and probably start playing around with the voltages.
Will this be enough for my Corsair 750W Power Supply?

A Corsair 750 power supply can definitely handle an overclocked Intel Core i7 system with two ATI Radeon HD 5850 video cards operating in Crossfire mode.

The ATI official recommendation for two 5850's is a 600 watt power supply with four, 75 watt, 6-pin power connectors for ATI CrossFireX™ in dual mode. That's for an entire pc system.

The new ATI 5xxx series video cards are energy efficieny gpu's that do not require as much power as gamers think.
