Cpu or processor problem

hey guys my uncle sent e Acop 4PX266A motherboard for my Pentium 4 processor. but the problem is no beep,no display,no flashing of HDDled,even i remove the ram there is no beep all the components installed properly..but i notice that there is a six pin AUX_PWR in my motherboard..is it necessary to have a power supply with six pin for AUX_PWR.since this is my first time with this kind of motherboard.i've been thinking also that my motherboard is bad.pls send your guides.thanks
