I can open everything in my computer control section except the Add and Remove W

In the control panel, I can not open the "Add and Remove" program. This has only been going on for a short while. I have previously used this program and it worked fine. What would be the problem with this program?

Seeing as how this recently occured, you could try a Windows restore to a date prior to the error occuring. If you have your Windows CD, you can RUN
sfc /scannow from a command prompt to check/correct system files.
