I have a TV tuner card that I cannot identify the manufacturer and tus cannot install drivers to get it working. Is there any way I can upload a picture?

My best description of it is it is a red, pci card with a serial number: WFTV2500507343. It has the following input/outputs; S-video, TV,audio out, audio in, AV, RM.

My best guess is it is a Sabrent but can anyone verify this. I have tried Sabrent drivers but cannot get it to work.
