Seagate SATA III vs Samsung Spinpoint f3 SATA II

Well, My pc is:

Haf 932 case
570 gtx with accelero xtreme plus overclocked to surpass 580gtx stock levels
GA-890XA-UD3 motherboard
8gb ddr3 1333Mhz
Phenom II X4 965 stock @ 3.4 Ghz(with Vigor monsoon II LT heatsink)
Cooler master silent pro 1000watts

And the hard drive is 4 year old Hitachi HDP725032GLA360 SATA:

I feel like it's fast but I do believe the ones I'm gonna mention are faster and are 1tb versions both with 32mb cache, 1 being SATA II(spinpoint f3) and the other one SATA III(seagate).

Seagate SATAIII:

vs

Samsung SATA II:

I did some research in the past and f3 was the king.

So...which one performs better?

More about seagate sata samsung spinpoint sata
  1. Since neither drive will come close to maxing out a SATA II interface (thats 3.0Gbps/375MB/s) the SATA II versus SATA III component is kind of mute in my opinion.

I personally would grab the seagate's only because I've had decent experiences with seagates before and have never owned a samsung.
