Bsod 0xf78da63c 0xc0000034 and my computer wont start

I have a windows xp and my error msg is "0xf78da63c 0xc0000034 0x000000 0x0000000" and my computer won't boot up it just goes to the blue screen with that msg, so if you can help me that would be very thankful.

.ps. I am writeing this from my other computer.

I see the 4 parameters that are dumped when a BSOD occurs, but I don't see the BSOD STOP code/error message itself. As a result, there isn't much here that can be debugged.

Regardless, running a memory test with memtest86 would be a good start.

when i boot it from the cd all it dose is show me that error msg and when ever i start my cpu it just gose back to the blue screen
