Amd x4 620 processor temp

Hello I just got my new build up and running and on the lcd display cpu temp gets up to 61 celius
is that a safe temp?

that is a bit high u should see around mid 50s high 40s on that

should I consider replacing the stock heatsink?

Maybe you can try with some aftermarket thermal grease. I recommend Arctic Cooling MX-2 or MX-3.

It depends on your usage but an aftermarket heatsink/fan will also do the job and make things quieter.
