What voltage should I put my CPU at?

I have an AMD phenom II x4 955 BE and cooler master hyper 212plus cooler and I want to overclock it to 4ghz (right now it is at 3.8ghz and 1.500v and about 43 degrees celsius under heavy load) but I don't know what voltage to put it at. Is there an app I could download that would tell me the right voltage or something? I am also a noob to overclocking so make the answers simple

don't try to overclock that cpu too much it would get fry 3.8ghz is enough and download a cpu-z softwares it show you everything.

I would only go up to 1.55V and even that is pushing it.
