I got windows 7 ultimate with evaluation copy watermark.

If i use Remove7Watermark.exe, does it affect my computer effectively?

What is the difference between this and retail one?

Retail one does not have watermark.

Don't do anything important with it. Eventually it will time-out and you may well lose all of your data.

I'm sure that you already know that modifying commercial software in the way you describe is an offence.

Evlauation and pre-release copies are time limited and are not to be used for a permanent system. They are time bomed and will lock up when they expire.

If you don't want to spend full price (who does!!), then buy yourself an OEM copy.
