Cooler master hyper 212 plus fans

I need two good fans for my cooler master hyper 212 plus. I would like to get blue led fans, and utilize the push/pull config. Can you please suggest two good fans for this purpose? Brand and model.

Also in a push/pull config do you just turn one of the fans around or do you need to order each fan with a specific direction?

Both fans face the same direction in push/pull.

Will this fan be a match for the existing fan which came with the 212? I would like both fans at the same speed working together. This one has a blue led which is cool.

One more thing will this plug into my motherboard? I believe it suggests a PWM fan is recommended? This fan appears to have different blades but I may be mistaken. Thanks again
