I wanna upgrade my aging Geforce 8600 graphics card with the latest Radeon HD 5770. The current specs of my PC is
CPU : Athlon X2 4200
MB : Biostar T560
RAM : 2 GB
Would the new Graphic card be compatible with my system?

Yes it will work properly on your PC.

Though you should also consider RAM upgrade.You need 2GB more for games to run properly.

Also check the Power Supply.
Ati recommends a 450w PSU (minimum) for a 5770.
Make sure yo have one of any nice brand.
