Startup problem first time

Hello,
Every morning my Acer PC takes 2 attempts (sometimes 3) to boot up. It gets as far as the Windows login screen before re-booting. If I shut down and re-boot during the day, there's no problem.

Probably a corrupt driver. Boot from your windows CD and repair-install.

(Make CD 1st boot device in setup (f2) )
