i have a gigabyte mother board (GA-MA770T-UD3P), AMD Athlon II X4 620 Propus 2.6GHz, and OCZ Gold 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1066.

After installing the power supply i tried to post the board with the cpu, ram and a video card in, and, nothing. no beeps no post, no boot. The CPU fan comes on (as did system fans plugged into the board in other tests). I've tried clearing CMOS, reseating the cpu, different video cards.

One interesting fact: when i jump the power jumpers and the power comes on, the video card's fan stays going at top speed, something ive noticed when other builds have had something not working right. Usually the vid card will spool up for a second then slow down once the booting process takes over.

Any suggestions?
