Need help for Overclock

I'm having an E2180 CPU and i want to overclock it but i want a safe clock something like 2.8 ghz or even 3.0 (just if it's safe)
So i need help with the voltages because i dont know how much voltage is needed.
MY specs
Normal Intel Heatsink and fan (I have changed the termal paste 1 week ago)(cooler master termal paste)
PSU: Cooler master GX750
MOBO: Gigabyte P41T-D3
RAM: 2 GB Hyundai Electronics DDR 3 (1333 mhz) (but with the cpu clocked at 2.4 ghz the ram frequency is only 479 mhz FSB : DRAM 1:2 i think i should make it 1:3 but i dont know how to).
