Which one is better?

I'd get the Super Clocked card. They are the same, but EVGA has cherry picked the SC card to run at higher speeds. While you could overclock the other card to those SC speeds it may not be stable without more voltage and it would probably run hotter.

Make sure you register the card when you get it. EVGA has about the best warranties in the business and that card has a lifetime warranty if registered.
