Hp pavilion a4313w where to start build

bought this hp a4313w pavilion 2 yrs ago when i didn't have the knowledge i do now. where should i start the build. 1st timer.

What is it that you're wanting to do exactly? I mean, the hp isn't very upgradeable.

Ditto, there is not much you can do with that HP, it is a very basic system that has few upgradeable features compatible with today's modern hardware. Sempron, DDR2, 250watt power supply, not much of a platform to start upgrading.
