Heatsink and fan

Hello,

I have a GA-MA770-UD3 Gigabyte motherboard, an AMD Phenom 9650 with OCZ Reaper memory modules. I'm having trouble finding a heatsink with a good size fan that will fit my board with the RAM in the way. Any suggestions?

There isn't much under $50 that can touch the Hyper 212+ (in any of its incarnations).
