I installed a new Netgear router and now the other computers in the house can't connect to the internet. Any idea how to get the other computers to talk to the new router?

Make sure all the computers are setup for auto IP. Make sure in the router config that DHCP is setup to hand out enough IPs.
Also did you reset the power on the modem, then plug in the router, then turn on the computers.
