I have an AMD 64 4400+ X2
i'm going to puchase an HD4770 soon
will my processor bottleneck this card?
if yes.. will i still have smooth frame rates?
i don't need 100 frames+
60-ish is fine by me

Possibly....but only when at lower resolutions when you'll likely be getting 60+fps anyway!

so let's say i'm playing a game where the HD4770 is bottlenecked at 60 frames (when it should be getting 100)
if i turn on AA would it remain at 60fps? or drop even lower?

NO it should remain the same.... Infact if u ever come across a CPU bottleneck you should turn up all the settings until the framerate shows a drop....This ensures your using your graphics card to its full potential.

1920x1080 should not show any bottlenecks...although your CPU is quite weak by todays standards....Try overclocking it.

yup it's not the greatest
maybe you should get a smaller screen, and use the money for a better video card?
