Good Cooling System for Core2quad

Hi,

I have core2quad processor & these days its getting heat-up more often & some time cpu just go down due to it, please suggest a good cooling system, my range is less then 70$, Please suggest.

If it is heating up more than it use to, then it is probably dust.
I would first clean it out then go from there.

This problem has nothing to do with motherboard(i have PQ5 Pro, P45 architecture), please confirm.

Where in the world are you? Knowing where you are affects what parts you have available. For example, I cannot get Antec cases or Antec and Corsair PSU's in Saudi Arabia.

check the scythe mugen 2. Keeps my C2Q at 23 degrees idle. Costs like $35.

Thanks, but I can't find the same in INDIA, here i can only have cooler master, still searching for more options.

With Cooler Master, the V8 and Hyper 212 are both good.
