Maybe your gcard is not getting enough amps. Brand of psu and watts? Did you make any modifications before this happened?

Well the connections look good so see if you can boot the card in another box with an ati/nvidia chipset and if no go RMA.

my psu is thermaltake 850 w no i didnt make any modification i send the card back back to seller
my board is x58i for nvidia and amd chipset i will buy another one thanks for replying
