Motherboard that support virtualization

i bought intel Q9400 that support virtualization but my motherboard doesn't have a option for Virtualization
on bios
and i need a motherboard that has this option inorder to run virtual environment like server with 64bit on 32bit os

it possible to answer my question cause im going to buy it today

and im sorry if this question have been answered before

What virtualization solution will you use? I already figured out that it won't be Hyper-V since it requires WIndows Server 2008 64-bit. What motherboard do you have?
