I am a proud owner of 3 engtx275 cards from asus, until recently they were having a good time together on a p6t with a D0 920.

Until my Corsair TX850W and my p6t made a little short circuit at the big plug on the mainboard, I was satisfied with it all.

Now I can RMA the corsair psu, but I couldn't find my receipt that belongs to the p6t (even though its only 6 months old, because it replaced my broken p6t deluxe v1, smells ironic huh) so there ya have it.

I need a new mainboard!

and because I have 3 way SLI, I have been searching for mainboards that have full 3x pci x16 slots.
so no x16/x8/x8 or x16/x16/x4 (like my p6t has (had :( ) correct me if I'm wrong)

These are the mainboards I found so far that meet my requirements:

Evga classified SR-2
Asus Rampage 2 Extreme

I'm asking for a little bit more choice in this unexpected purchase.

I thank you for the help,

The X58 chipset can do four 8x, 16x/8x/8x or 16x/16x/4x. For three cards, 16x/8x/8x is preferable. You can achieve 16x/16x/16x by using the nforce 200 chip, but this adds latency and thus does not provide additional performance. You can see an example of this in reviews of the MSI's x58 Big Bang Board. Anyway, just get a good board with x16/x8/x8

what about the Asus P6T6 WS Revolution ?

too bad there's no red versions of either of those.
