Need help OCing my EAH6850

Hi I'm new to graphics card overclocking so i have a couple of questions. 1: On Asus SmartDoctor I can't increase the voltage (it just says error of .150 volts [trying to achieve 1.2] and goes back to default.) 2: Is there better program that I should use to OC my graphics card? 3: My current goal is to get 945mhz engine 1.2 vcore and 1520 memory frequency. Does that sound reasonable? Thanks in advance.
