How torecover winlogon console

Hello,

I've deleted 'Notify' of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Notify.

How could I recover it?My system:windows xp professional,2002,service pack 3.Thank you!

Also,I must add- the recycle bin is empty.
