MOTHERBOARD NOT SEEING SATA DEVICES

Hello,MY MOTHERBOARD IS NOT DETECTING ANY SATA DEVICE CONNECTED TO THE SATA PORT I HAVE CHANGE MY CABLE BOTH POWER AND DATA CABLE.
