Hello, When Windows XP tries to boot, System Check program comes up and windows won't finish booting. I need to know how to recover from this malware program . I need to know how to safely remove it.

Run your Anti virus scan to see if it removes it
Download & run Malwarebytes Antimalware scanner. (It is free and very effective)
Search internet for manual removal procedures for the infection.
Join the forums at your AV site or Malwarebytes site and get assistance from their tech support for removal.
