Hi,
I have a question about vertical refresh. If i set it to "Always off" in my catilyst control center its posible that it will damage my graphics card, monitor or something ?

Nope, but you may want to set it for "off unless application calls for it" as that will allow you to turn vsync on in game if you get some vertical tearing, most of the time however you dont need vsync on.
