The case is not a problem...But the PSU is...
I would suggest any quality 450W PSUs from Corsair/ Seasonic/ Silverstone/ PCP&S...
Rest are good...But for the price that you are spending, you could get better going with AMD X3 720...So with the money saved, you can get a faster GPU...
And if you can - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/ [...] ild-advice

It would be able to handle the HD 4770...but I doubt it would be able to handel high powered graphic cards like the HD 4890/ 4870...
Could you post more details about that PSU ? And what other PSU options do you have ?
And do you already have that PSU ?

I think there are different version of the 550W...
True and Silent -
The True is fine but the Silent is not as good as the True...

550W True - http://www.ccpu.com.au/show_prod.p [...] d=GW550SEL

550W Silent - http://www.beecom.com.au/product.php?productid=17923

So if you have Silent, it can still run the HD 4770 without issues...But like I said, it might not be enough for high powered cards...

But the True can handle high powered cards like the HD 4870...
