Ok i messed up i was trying to get my laptop to hook up to my TV had correct cable's So i went messing with settings, and "disable" my graphics card, then i immediatly re-enable it. now there is no picture on either my tv or laptop. what do i do to fix it?

This on what laptop? Did you disable the graphics card through Device Manager? Can you start Windows on safe mode and see what happens?
