PC freezes but doesn't crash

Hello, my Gateway MD2614u is 4 mon old and it is now randomly freezing under various work load circumstances, 100% everything froze. RAM tested ok however it will not display the log at reboot. Events in console do not throw any ids and i've tried disabling all 3rd party apps with no luck. What can I do?
