UD7 x79 still good for Overclocking? Tags: Motherboards Overclocking BIOS Gigabyte Last response: January 12, 2012 2:33 PM in Overclocking Share Warhog22 January 12, 2012 2:32:53 PM I read so much about gigabyte x79 boards going up in smoke after small overclocks. Is the UD7 still a good buy for X79 for say a 3930k / 4.8ghz 24/7 overclock? Or will it go boom? Was the bios all that was wrong with board? F7 Bios make it all ok now? You would think with a 20-phase VRM it would be ok... Thanks! More about : ud7 x79 good overclocking Warhog22 January 12, 2012 2:33:56 PM Gigabyte UD7 x79 motherboard Can't find your answer ? Ask !
