Balanced upgrade!

I’m about to upgrade my rig. Here is a configuration. Please, help me to make a new system more balanced. Thank you in advance.

I wouldn't waste any more money upgrading your current system. Just build a new one. You're almost there. All you need a new motherboard. Take obsidian's advice and upgrade to an i5 750. If you live near a Microcenter it's only $150. They have the Q9550 there as well for $160. If you're worried about saving money, then you can drop that Zalman down too. 850W is overkill for your system.
